These terms govern your use of Wrepo. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Wrepo.
The service
Wrepo generates, tests, and helps you improve web applications from your prompts. You may bring your own AI provider API keys (BYOK) or use a managed option where available. The service is provided on an ongoing, best-effort basis and may change over time.
Your account
You sign in with a passwordless email link. You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. One person or entity per account unless we agree otherwise.
Your apps are yours
You own the apps you create with Wrepo. Generated application code is provided to you under a permissive open license (MIT) so you can run, modify, deploy, and keep it with no dependency on Wrepo. You're responsible for what your apps do and for any third-party services or keys they use.
Your responsibilities
- Use Wrepo lawfully and follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Only use API keys and third-party services you're authorized to use, and comply with those providers' terms.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
Payments (where applicable)
If you purchase credits or a paid plan, charges are as described at the point of purchase. BYOK builds run on your own keys and provider costs are billed to you by that provider, not us. Taxes may apply.
Warranty disclaimer
Wrepo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. AI-generated code can contain errors; you're responsible for reviewing and testing anything you ship. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrepo and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, a nominal amount).
Termination
You can stop using Wrepo any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where needed to protect the service or others. Your right to the code you already generated survives.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: [your contact email]. Governing law: [your jurisdiction].
